Glee’s 100th Episode: Lea Michele and [Spoiler] Record Their Songs

We haven't gotten any official word on which songs were chosen by Glee's fans to be performed for a second time on the show's upcoming 100th episode. But the cast, including Lea Michele (Rachel), is currently hard at work recording those songs for the episode and we have photographic evidence to prove it!

Lea is having a superb 2014 thus far. After ringing in the new year on vacation in Mexico with pal Jonathan Groff (Jesse), she began this week with a hike in L.A. on Monday morning. We're not big on hiking ourselves — although we do tell people to go take a hike a lot — but we can enjoy hiking vicariously through Lea.

On January 6, she tweeted:

Good for her! And we must say, we kinda love how she's wearing a "Monday" shirt during her hike. Lea is totally the type to embrace Mondays, dontcha think?

Later that day, she let her fans know that she was hard at work on the music for the Season 5, Episode 12: "100," by tweeting:

And Lea isn't the only Glee star who's been recording a tune for the episode. We also got to see this awesome pic of Mark Salling (Puck) in the studio.

The only thing we're still anxious about is which songs will be performed, since we know that the ten previous Glee songs that got the most votes will be redone for the episode. Rumor has it that Lea will be singing "Defying Gravity" again, but that has yet to be confirmed. However, we all know that Chris Colfer (Kurt) does want another crack at that song.

Which songs do you hope Lea and Mark will be performing?
