Gleek Off! Cover Contest: Madonna’s “4 Minutes”

It turns out the cast members of Glee aren't the only people who do amazing covers of the songs you love... or are completely sick of. (Seriously, can we all collectively decide Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" has been covered enough? Please?!) Each week, we'll choose our two favorite YouTube covers of a song performed that week on Glee, and let you decide which of the two is best! You'll be doing your part to make someone a star... while simultaneously crushing the other person's dreams! (You should be ashamed. How do you sleep at night?) And now... here are the two best covers that we could find. It's time for you to rock the vote! Yes we can!

From "The Power of Madonna": Madonna - "Four Minutes"

First up is a Latin-influenced version, courtesy of Tiffyiffyiffy. She slows it down and puts her breathy delivery to good use, employing some choice runs as well. We'll even overlook the fact that — although there's a white sheet hanging in the background — it's not directly behind her and we can still see part of a door. Oops!

This version by EleventhHourAngel features piano and vocals. Who knew that this song could still sound great when given the lounge music treatment?
