Former Dancing with the Stars contestant definitely means business — and that's especially true when her well-being and privacy are threatened as they were last year. And now the blonde bombshell is fighting back.
Erin, who was secretly filmed while nude at a hotel, filed a lawsuit Thursday against seven hotels and Chicago man who admitted making the tape. Says the AP: "Andrews filed the suit in Cook County against the hotels for negligence and invasion of privacy, about seven months after Michael David Barrett, of Westmont, Ill., pleaded guilty in federal court in Los Angeles to interstate stalking."
According to the suit, Erin claims that the hotels confirmed to Barrett where she was staying and gave her room number out without her permission. She's asking for $1.2 million dollars for "severe and permanent emotional distress," according to the complaint.
