Namedrops and Pop Culture References from Glee Season 2, Episode 6: “Never Been Kissed”

Namedrops abound on Glee. More often than not, a famous person's name is used as an insult to take someone down a peg or two — and that's something that we can completely support! To help you keep it all straight, we've compiled a list of the namedrops and pop culture references deemed important enough to make it into the mouths of the Glee characters in Episode 2.6. Did you catch them all?

Beiste (to Artie): Do you think The Nutcracker’s just a musical?

Puck (to Artie): Whoa — slow down, Professor X.

Will: And girls, try some classic rock — uh, The Who, The Stones.

Kurt: And, of course, when you’re singing Diana Ross, Bob Mackie-esque maribou feather boas are a must.

Sue: Who would rather be dry-humping She-Hulk.

Sue: A way to get Beiste out of the school and your Macaulay Culkin stunt-double back in your arms.

Sue: Make Beiste into the next Mary Kay Letourneau.

Sue: Aw, man. Now I’m picturing the two of them making out during an episode of Who’s the Boss?.

Puck: Watch and learn, young Jedi in a wheelchair.

Tina (to Mike): With those abs, you could be my very own Situation.

Puck: So I turn around, I flex my left pec, and I flex my right pec, and I say to the guy, “Leggo my Eggo!”

Sue: I believe I just said that, Annie Sullivan.
