Who’s been performing better than their boss and whose boss just wants them to leave? Find out in our latest Power Rankings:
Flatliner of the Week: Dr. Cristina Yang The bad: Believe us, Cristina, we don't like to see you on the bottom week after week, but girl, you are making so many bad decisions. Your latest is trying to be a bartender, when you should have known that you'd be terrible at it, you'd get drunk almost immediately, and you'd start getting jiggy with your male customers, even when your husband showed up. The good: Bailey liked your drink, at least. That's something, right?
Mediocre MD: Dr. Owen Hunt The good: He did the best he could with the two trauma teens — without his expertise, both of them likely would have died. And he took Cristina home and tended to her hungover self. The bad: He suggested Cristina get a job but then didn't follow up to make sure it was a good fit. Cristina shouldn't not be left to her own devices right now.
Top Docs: Drs. Meredith Grey and Alex Karev The good: Not only are Mer and Alex the last of their posse standing, but they also saved the life of their young patient when Attending Jerkface Stark thought the boy's pain was just gas. The bad: Alex still isn't totally out of the doghouse with Stark.
