Jennifer Lopez Is Getting Sued Over Her Naked Video

Oy to the vey, new Idol judge Jennifer Lopez just can't seem to shake that nasty ex, Ojani Noa! J.Lo successfully filed a restraining order against Creepy McCreepstein to prevent him from making public certain home movies of her flashing her naughty bits in a public place. And now it seems he is fighting back the only way he knows how: dirty.

The latest is that Noa's girlfriend of 10 years, Claudia Vazquez, is suing Lopez for $10 million. The counter-lawsuit is expected to drop in L.A. today and is reportedly based on the claim that Lopez unlawfully "interfered" with a film Noa and Vasquez were trying to produce — the one of Jennifer's scooter-ridin' nether regions. No duh, Lopez interfered with the "film"! Wouldn't anyone?

Said Noa and Vasquez's agent Ed Meyer, "Vasquez has met Jennifer Lopez on numerous occasions. They hate each other... [Vasquez] met Jennifer Lopez the first time when Jennifer Lopez walked in on her and Ojani Noa having sex in the Hancock Park mansion that Ojani lives in. Jennifer was dating Ben Affleck ... at the time." Wow, they might want to get a new agent, one who doesn’t go around saying his client hates Jennifer Lopez.

Meyer continues on Vasquez's behalf, "We believe that this entire lawsuit against Ojani and I over the Movie and the 'Sex Tapes' Home Videos centers around Jennifer Lopez's hatred for Ojani Noa dating Claudia Vazquez." Um, yeah. Definitely time for a new agent.

We would be laughing right now if we hadn't just vomited a little in our mouths. Wetpaint will continue to bring you the latest as it develops.
