The guy's been so vanilla/ bland so far on The Bachelor Season 15. Besides, it's not like he really hurt anyone after allegedly doing some bad deeds many, many moons ago.
According to court records obtained by E! News, the now 38-year-old Brad was arrested in Texas in 1993 for forging a driver's license. But he wasn't busted as Brad Womack; he was charged as Stephen Bradley Pickelsimer. (He was born Womack, but when his mother remarried he took his stepfather’s last name, Pickelsimer. How mad must you be at your dad when you choose to switch to Pickelsimer?)
According to Star Magazine, in addition to the felony forgery/counterfeiting charge — which earned Brad 180 days of probation — he was also busted for public intoxication and for passing a bad check.
Brad’s mug shot was updated in 2009 by the Texas Department of Public Safety, which monitors the state's criminal convictions.
Considering Brad’s redux season of The Bachelor is all about second chances for everyone — including the ladies, who have their own interesting pasts — this is just par for the course. Besides, he can just blame it all on his daddy issues!
