Michaela McManus on Mason’s Friend Brady’s Arrival: Expect Destruction
Vampires and werewolves and witches — oh my!
This season of The Vampire Diaries has focused on far more than just the bloodsuckers the show is named after. Werewolves are definitely stepping up their game. So much so that it’s been teased that by the end of the season there’s going to be an all-out werewolf/vampire brawl. (To which we say: Bring it!)
While we’re not sure exactly how things get so heated, we’ve got a couple clues. In a recent interview with TV Guide, Michaela McManus (Jules) fills us in on what’s to come for her kind.
First off, Michaela dishes that Mason Lockwood’s old friend Brady (Stephen Arnell) is comin’ to town — and while the results don’t look pretty, his arrival will apparently bring some solace to the viewer. “Along with the danger he brings, he also answers some questions for the audience as to where these people are coming from,” she says.
But not all the dramz is Brady’s fault. TVD producer Julie Plec says that before seasons end we’ll see another full moon and “bad, bad things are going to happen.”
