“Slap Yourself With a Chicken Cutlet”: Sue’s Best Moments From Glee Season 2, Episode 11

Is there a character on Glee who better embodies the phrase "love to hate" than Sue Sylvester? In any given episode, it can be tough to keep track of all her antics. To that end, we’ve compiled our top five most jaw-dropping Sue moments from “The Sue Sylvester Shuffle.” Sure, these moments may be pure evil, but they're pretty fun to watch, too! Admit it.

5. Sue’s unusual methods of persuasion work on Brittany
Sue uses her patented trickery to manipulate poor Brit into signing the cannon release form, telling her something about baby cannons and fibromyalgia. (Of course, we have to admit those baby cannons do sound pretty adorable.)

4. Her tattoo doesn’t quite go as planned
Sure, spelling might not matter in a text message, but we’re pretty sure it’s nice to get it right in a tattoo... especially when said tattoo is of your own name. “Sue Syvlester” just doesn’t have the same ring to it...

3. Sue is named “Loser of the Year”; shockingly, she doesn’t take it well...
Sue finds out she’s a bigger loser than even the economy or Brett Favre’s cell phone. That’s harsh. Considering Sue has worked on a newscast, you’d think she’d get Katie Couric’s name right. (Then again, we doubt Sue cares about anyone’s name except her own.)

2. Sue finds new uses for chicken
The episode kicks off with quite the wild opening, as Sue tries to amuse herself by adding more and more spectacle to the Cheerios’ “California Gurls” routine. We especially love Becky handing out all those chicken cutlets, and then Sue ordering everyone to slap themselves with a cutlet. Colonel Sanders just shed a tear.

1. Sue does more destruction than King Kong
If we know one thing about Sue, it’s that she doesn’t respond well to boundaries. When Figgins nixes her cannon stunt, she smashes everything in sight — and then some. After that tirade, even Russell Crowe would tell Sue to take a chill pill.
