Last night on Glee, Rachelwas left alone because her two gay dads went on the Rosie O’Donnell cruise. But will we ever see those two dads on the show? If we do, which high-powered stars will play them?
There are the usual suspects, like Taye Diggs, who is married to Idina Menzel — who played Rachel’s biological mother in Season 1. But Matthew Morrison (Mr. Schue) has some other ideas: “Nathan Lane and Danny DeVito,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. Kristen Chenoweth (April Rhodes) has someone else in mind, however. “I would like to see an African American in there,” she said. “Maybe Seal? Then the other guy has to be real white… Hugh Jackman?”
Darren Criss (Blaine) was stumped: “I don’t know, I’d want to think about it [because] I’m very meticulous about these things,” he said. But Criss does have at least one idea for a father figure. “I'll tell you who I'd love to play someone's grandfather: Christopher Walken! Come to Glee, please!”
