Adam Lambert and Diddy to Perform on American Idol
Season 10’s new American Idol judges have been so entertaining, we’ve barely noticed that we haven’t yet seen any celebrity appearances. Could this be because Idol producers are having a little trouble finding people who stack up as “celebrities” compared to Jennifer Lopez? We think so!
But that will change Thursday, March 10, when we get an episode with not one but two celeb performances. And one of them is a J.Lo ex! And no, not that creepy one who’s suing her, either…
First, we’ve got none other than Idol alum Adam Lambert, who will perform an acoustic version of his new song “Aftermath.” His remix album of the same name will also be available that day, with all proceeds from the album going to the Trevor Project.
And that J.Lo ex? Yeah, that’s gonna be Diddy, the musician/producer/actor/muli-hyphenate with the ever-changing name. Wow, can you imagine the banter between him and J.Lo? Diddy was recently quoted as saying that he loves watching Jen-Jen on Idol, and that her sweet personality at the judging table “has made him cry twice.” Yikes. Better not say that kind of thing in front of Marc Anthony. That guy does not play around.
