Sneak Peek Roundup of Glee Season 2, Episode 16: “Original Song”

We have so much scoop on Season 2, Episode 16: “Original Song,” it’s almost as though we’ve already seen the episode. Even though we haven’t, we like being prepared for the wonders that will be Regionals, Kathy Griffin and Loretta Devine, (Spoiler Alert) a death, and original songs!

So here it is, Gleeks: Consider this your one-stop shop in preparation for Glee on Tuesday, March 15!

New Directions will compete against The Warblers and Aural Intensity at the 2011 Western Ohio Regionals Championship. The episode will feature three (not two, as we originally thought) original songs, along with some other, ah, interesting selections. All of the performances are noted below:

“Get it Right” performed by Rachel (original)
“Loser Like Me” performed by New Directions (original)
“Jesus is my Friend” (Songseed) performed by Aural Intensity
“Candles” (Hey Monday) performed by Kurt and Blaine.
“Raise Your Glass” (P!nk) by the Warblers
“Blackbird” (The Beatles) by Kurt
“Misery” (Maroon 5) by New Directions
“Hell to the No” (original song) performed by Mercedes

We aren’t positive, but Terri Schuester could possibly be back and up to her old shenanigans. And with Holly Holliday rumored to make another cameo, we’re guessing their encounter won’t be pleasant.

Even though tragedy might befall someone in this episode, there is some good news: New Directions will WIN Regionals! Yay!
