Annabeth Gish to Play Therapist on Pretty Little Liars
It’s understandable that the little liars are shaken up, but their parents think they’ve gone insane. The whole town is talking about them after the Ian incident, and they’ll be sent for professional help next season. That’s where Annabeth Gish (she was in the movie Mystic Pizza with Julia Roberts among a ton of other roles) comes in. She’ll be playing a therapist named Anne Sullivan who’s been hired to help the girls with their lying problem. Poor girls, they were actually telling the truth this time!
The little liars hate talking about Alison's (Sasha Pieterse) death and the messy aftermath, but they better get used to it since Anne has been “assigned to uncover the ugly truth.” But can she be trusted? Let’s hope so.
We’ll be seeing a lot of Anne since PLL Showrunner Marlene King told Zap2it that “the therapist is going to play a large role in the summer season and she is going to be someone they think about being honest about 'A' with.” Uh oh! Will the girls tell her about “The Jenna Thing,”how “A’s” ruined their lives, or that Ian (Ryan Merriman) tried to kill Spencer (Troian Bellisario)? Who knows, but they better be careful before confiding in her. Somehow we think it could come back to haunt them.
