Bachelor Travis Stork Wants You To Have a Flat Belly
While buying that bag of Easter candy last week, you may have noticed handsome Season 8 Bachelor Dr. Travis Stork staring you down from the cover of Woman’s World.
Travis is plugging his most recent book, The Lean Belly Prescription: How to Turn Your Fat Belly into a Flat Belly. It's about time one of The Bachelor guys wrote a book on losing belly fat, we're just surprised Travis didn’t co-write this one with Kiptyn "Six-Pack" Locke.
Travis claims belly fat is "the easiest fat to lose.” We’re not sure sure about that, but he’s the doctor. The Lean Belly Prescription features a six-week plan where readers make small changes that are meant to have big effects. Travis introduces "the concept of NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis), where you can burn calories without going to the gym,” a press release explains. Some of the tips are pretty well-known already, like "Drink at least 8 cups of water per day," but Travis also adds some other tips out there, like "Add ground cinnamon to your morning coffee to help suppress blood sugar spikes."
Travis also contributed to The Doctors 5-Minute Health Fixes: The Prescription for a Lifetime of Great Health in addition to writing The Doctor Is In and Don’t Be That Girl.
In Don't Be That Girl, Travis used his personal experience as the Bachelor and expertise as a doctor to help women “demystify the self-defeating behaviors” that prevent them from getting the most from their lives and relationships.
