Cat Deeley Predicts Kate Middleton’s Wedding Dress Designer
Can you believe that the Royal Wedding is tomorrow and we still don't know for sure who designed Kate Middleton's dress? The suspense is killing us over here across the Atlantic!
Luckily, So You Think You Can Dancehost and resident fashionista Cat Deeley is lending her expertise. "I think it might be Sarah Burton," she told Zap2It. For those of you who aren't familiar, Burton is a super edgy designer who became the creative director for Alexander McQueen after his suicide last year. According to Cat, her designs are "chic, but classic," and will fill Westminster Abbey "exquisitely."
As we reported earlier, Ms. Deeley, who's co-hosting the event for CNN, will be wearing a "smart dress" by Mulberry and jewelry by Links of London. Although she's tipping her hat to British fashion, don't expect her to actually be wearing one. "You don't have to wear a hat," Cat explains. "They are being very lenient... It is a new generation, and I think it is great that they embrace."
