Gossip Girl Fashion: The Best and Worst From Season 4, Episode 21, “Shattered Bass”
At least one person officially went off the deep end — two, if you count Russell Thorpe — in “Shattered Bass,” while another was almost committed on false charges. A lot of crazy things have happened during our four seasons with the Upper East Side gang, but when people actually start going, well, crazy, all bets are off.
