"Emily has talked to ABC about it, and they said they'd consider it," an insider tells Life & Style. "That's why she's staying active on Twitter and is doing the [Bachelorette video] blog, because she wants the world to remember her. Emily wants to be a big star."
But we're not going to buy the "big star" argument until Emily moves from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Los Angeles, New York, or basically anywhere else.
Life & Style recently got word from Emily herself that her relationship with Bachelor Brad Womack is over. "There's nothing going on between us anymore," she told a reporter on June 1. "It's over. He called me and broke up with me. That's it — he ended the relationship."
Now she tapes a weekly vlog about The Bachelorette Season 7 for the official Bachelor site. And she has become the shadow hanging over Bachelorette Ashley Hebert on screen, since both Bad News Bentley (behind the scenes) and William Holman (on camera) have mentioned hoping Emily would be the Bachelorette.
But are we still going to have Emily fever a year from now, or will we be over her by then and focused on the new girls dating the Season 16 Bachelor? Time will tell!
