Diet and Fitness Secrets: Kim Kardashian Slims Down for Her Wedding!
What’s more important that finding the perfect wedding dress? Finding a wedding dress that fits perfectly! The newly engaged Kim Kardashian is taking the guess work out of that predicament by amping up her workout and diet routine just in time for her summer wedding.
So, what’s the socialite’s summer shape up system look like? Kim’s implementing major tweaks to both diet and exercise – a surefire win.
“...No more desserts, period,” a friend of the star’s tells OK!of Kim’s diet. “She also has someone cooking for her.” And her anonymous cook is definitely workin’ hard: He prepares up to small eight meals a day for the celebutante!
As for what he cooks, a pal says “she’s eating more chicken — she doesn’t love it, but needs to eat clean protein.” That’s right, Kim’s giving up some of her fave food indulgences. No more pizza, fries, or sushi at Nobu!
But Kim isn’t just making over her meals, she’s also amping up the exercise. “Back to my routine! Early morning workout,” Kim tweeted on May 31, followed by on June 1: “Another tough workout this morning. I am so sore!!!”
The workout Kim speaks of is a program called Barry’s Bootcamp in L.A. But she isn’t going it alone! A friend says, “She brought her fiancé. The classes, which are 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength, shock the body with a 1,000-calorie-burning workout. He found it pretty challenging.”
We bet! But so is snagging one of the richest women in the country, so we’re pretty sure Kris can handle it.
