Exclusive: How Kim Zolciak Lost Her Baby Weight!

Wow, one look at those new party pics of Kim Zolciak and you’d never guess she just gave birth not even two months ago! She and fiance Kroy Biermann welcomed her third child and their first, baby Kroy Jagger on May 31. In an exclusive Wetpaint Entertainment interview, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star shares a few of her secrets to staying slim.

Wetpaint Entertainment: We saw the recent pics of you and you look amazing! How did you drop the baby weight so quickly? What are your workout and diet secrets?

Kim Zolciak: I am unable to work out for another few weeks, although I am not BIG on going to the gym. I do think breastfeeding really helps and Kroy and I walk the baby every night.

Is there any area that you particularly want to work on?

I love my curves and really just want to firm up. My least favorite part of my body I would say are my legs. I have thicker legs then I would like and have to run to keep them in shape!

Who's your personal trainer, if you have one?

I am going to have Kroy’s trainer Jim Lainer and Sheree Whitfield get me back into shape when my doctor gives me the OK to start working out!

What's your biggest temptation to go off your diet regimen?

I am not big on dieting; I believe you can eat anything you want but in moderation.
