Power Rankings for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 2, Episode 4: “Gossip Girls”

Who’s livin’ large and who’s been relegated to the pool house? We rank The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Episode 4, “Gossip Girls,” in our weekly Power Rankings. Let the countdown begin!

Ranking: 6
Last week: 3
Here’s why: Camille didn’t do anything wrong this week per se, but it’s hard to make valuable contributions when you’re off wind-surfing in Hawaii (not that we blame her!). And between Camille’s crazy water-shoes with toes, and Brandi’s cast-and-stiletto combo, we had about as many wacky footwear choices as we could handle!

Here’s why: Okay, so Taylor did squeeze in our favorite quote of the week when she suggested that Brandi sue Louboutin. (We’re guessing that Gloria Allred wouldn’t sign up for that case.) But mostly Taylor spent her time fixating on whether Lisa spilled the beans. Apparently, Taylor wishes that she could get anyone who’s even so much as made eye contact with her to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Here’s why: Yes, Kim was a little bit hyper again this week, but it was nice to see her having fun. She did get a little silly during that airplane ride, though, when she impersonated Lisa by putting her jacket on her head (which is the weirdest headwear ever, not counting the lady on the Chiquita banana logo). And we’re still not sure how sitting and watching a basketball game makes you too tired to attend your sister’s charity event.

Here’s why: It was so cute to see Lisa interacting with Guillermo’s girls, who call her Princess Lisa. (Apparently, kids assume that all British people are somehow members of the royal family.) But a cloud hangs over the episode: Did Lisa really blab to the tabs about Taylor? It’s a mystery that might never be explained.

Ranking: 2

Here’s why: We love when Kyle takes charge of planning an event, as she did this week (not to mention that Mauricio’s speech made us just a bit misty-eyed). But we’re denying Kyle a chance at back-to-back weeks at number one, mainly because of her ridiculous suggestion to have Elliot Mintz provide advice to Taylor about the gossip world. We’re not sure which decade Elliot thinks he’s in now, but we’re guessing it’s not ours.

Here’s why: After just barely missing out on the top spot last week, Adrienne finally earns her first appearance at number one! And she did it in classic Adrienne fashion: by being everyone’s rock. She was right to trust her instincts and chat with fans at the basketball game, and then she stayed above the fray at the charity event when everyone was making wisecracks about Brandi. And it takes quite a bit of restraint to not make a joke about Brandi’s shoe choices!
