The Los Angeles County court system isn’t playing games with Lindsay Lohan. The Wrap reports that the actress was taken into custody this morning and her probation was revoked by a judge who is less than impressed with her lack of effort in fulfilling her court-ordered community service.
Already on probation after a 2007 drunk-driving conviction, Lindsay was sentenced to community service and 35 days of house arrest in May for a shoplifting incident. She was ordered to complete 360 hours at the Downtown Women’s Center and 120 at the Los Angeles County Morgue. Since then, Lindsay has banked a whopping 21 hours at the Women’s Center... before being kicked out of the program. She hasn’t put in any time at the coroner’s office.
Lindsay’s lawyer pointed out that she has six months left to complete her service, but the judge wasn’t having it. She ordered Lindsay be held on $100,000 bail. A follow-up hearing will take place on November 2.
