Jersey Shore’s JWOWW is a woman who wears many hats. Not only is she a reality star, a fashion designer, a perfumista, a spray-tan aficionado and authoress, she’s also dipping her toes into the fitness expert waters with a series of new blog posts on her website, JWOWW.com.
In Jenni’s latest installment of workout tips, she gives the ladies of the world advice on how to perk up their bosoms with light weight-lifting exercises.
“Yes, my boobs may be enhanced,’ but they still need to get a workout to maintain their perkiness,” JWOWW says.
Tips include doing chest flies with dumbells and a modified push-up but sadly, we don’t think any amount of weightlifting will get us a rack like JWOWW’s.
