More Legal Woes for Jersey Shore: Snooki Sues Her Branding Company

It’s Lawsuit Day for the cast of Jersey Shore. Right on the heels of The Situation’s lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch, Page Six reports that Snooki is also suing a company she claims didn’t brand her properly.

According to the NY Post, Snooks is attempting to get out of a deal with SRG Ventures, which promised to secure at least two branding deals worth $250,000 each. Snooki’s lawyers say “it wasn’t as lucrative as agreed upon.” But SRG isn’t bending over so fast.

“SRG claims Polizzi was too busy with other obligations to manage the deal properly, and that she said she owned trademarks she did not. It also says she turned down a deal with a fragrance firm introduced to her by SRG,” even though, as we all know by now, she did eventually wind up releasing her own cotton candy-scented spritz — allegedly behind SRG’s backs.

All we know is that we’re happy for the maniacal macaroni rascals — with huge companies fighting over them, their stars continue to rise higher and higher.
