Ringer Review: What Did You Think of Episode 9, ”Shut Up and Eat Your Bologna”

We're not sure what the biggest twist was in Ringer Season 1, Episode 9: "Shut Up and Eat Your Bologna" ...

First, Gemma (Tara Summers) is alive! Not very well, but alive, locked up in Charlie/John's basement (and having to suffer eating bologna ... ugh!). Charlie is as nefarious as we thought ... which Bridget (Sarah Michelle Gellar) knows thanks to the suspicions of Malcolm (Mike Colter).

Of couse, now Charlie knows that Bridget knows, making the gun-toting schemer more dangerous than ever.

Bridget's sleuthing with Siobhan's therapist led to some discoveries about her sister's life, but more importantly that Bridget herself is falling for Andrew (Ioan Gruffudd). Uh oh ... we can't see this ending well at all.

All in all, a jam-packed, twisty episode full of new revelations, near misses (if only Malcolm had busted through that door) and developing relationships. But where was Siobhan and exactly what is she up to? Clearly her game plan is way more complicated than we even imagined.

Hopefully next week's midseason finale brings us some answers — and no doubt, raise some new questions.
