Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

The Real Catfights of Beverly Hills, Season 2, Episode 11: “Tempest in a Tea Party”

Jealousy, impatience, anger, annoyance: all sweet, sweet fodder for the most sensational catfights. When the women are swillin' the ol' haterade, we've got your ringside coverage. Here are the highlights from Episode 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, “Tempest in a Tea Party.” Get ready to rumble!

INSTIGATOR: No one — it was a train wreck waiting to happen.
WHY: Lisa and Taylor have had tension for the bulk of the series, which finally came to a head with rumors of Lisa leaking stories to Us Weekly, followed by Taylor excluding Lisa from her awards ceremony celebration.
WINNER: Lisa. What can we say about this one? It was hard to pick a winner, since no one was cast in a great light after that tea party. However, Taylor seemed particularly vicious, as she tried to get the women to gang up on Lisa, even after Lisa had apologized. Of course, Taylor was also going through an incredibly stressful marital situation at the time. So let’s just say we’re glad that we weren’t invited to this tea party and then move on, shall we?

WHY: Kyle agrees with Taylor about Lisa having a big ego. Ouch.
WINNER: Lisa. We’re not trying to be mean, but do any of these women — with their oversized spending habits and tendency to namedrop their famous friends — strike you as “humble”? In other words, why should Lisa be the only one to get singled out? Meanwhile, the other women at the tea party managed to largely remain impartial throughout Taylor and Lisa’s spat, so we just wish Kyle could have done the same.

WHY: Kyle cries when introduced to Kim’s new boyfriend, grills them about Ken’s ring, and then skips out early.
WINNER: Kim. (Looks like Kyle is 0-for-2!) This is a tough one, since Kyle seems concerned for Kim, and she’s only arriving at negative opinions of Ken based on what other people tell her about him. But even Kyle herself admits that Kim seems happier than usual, so Kyle needs to learn to let Kim make her own mistakes. And by the way, if Kim and Ken believed Kyle when she said that her eyes were tearing because of the dog, then they’re pretty freakin’ gullible!
