Bachelor Ben Flajnik Dishes on Courtney Robertson, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Showing His Butt to America — Must-Listen Interview!
Carve out 15 minutes for this Ben Flajnik radio interview with Ryan Seacrest. It’s worth it. The low-key Bachelor talks about Season 16, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and a bunch of other stuff. He’s even forced to dump some perfect strangers on air, as practice.
Ben won’t confirm if he’s in love and engaged right now, but he probably is. (If you really want to know, check here.) He says he wants to keep his life “private” — despite signing on for two reality TV shows — and says he really just lives a normal life back in San Francisco.
Ben finally confirmed that he and actress Jennifer Love Hewitt did in fact “go a date in San Francisco.” He didn’t comment on whether they made out or not but said “there was NOT a second date.” He added, “It was right around the time when I was making my decision whether or not to be the next Bachelor, and I really wanted to follow through with this.”
The Bachelor Season 16 is now in the can, and will start airing on January 2. Most of us have already seen the dramatic previews, including lots of women cussing and fighting. “Girls can be catty,” Ben said, “and they like to form their little packs. […] There are plenty of squabbles.”
Ben said there’s actually a few ladies who can’t stand each other. Seacrest has talked about model contestant Courtney Robertson a couple of times on past shows, and Ben revealed “Courtney had her troubles. The women didn’t get along with her for a little while.” (Hmmm. Do we have another Vienna Girardi on our hands?) You’ll have to listen to the interview to analyze how he tries to keep a poker voice when talking about her.
Ben also talks about showing his butt to America while skinny dipping, a clip even his mother hasn’t seen yet. “When a beautiful woman asks you to go skinny dipping, you don’t say ‘No.’ I don’t think any man in his right mind would. Did I know I was going to catch some heat for it? Yes! But you’ve got to explore all options.”
