In Episode 10, Cassie feels plagued by the fact that she’s related to John Blackwell, so she turns to Adam for a scrawny shoulder to cry on. Cassie doesn’t want her family history to be revealed to the rest of the Circle, especially Diana (Shelley Hennig), so good thing Lady Di’s too busy with her Grandma to care about Cassie’s daddy issues!
Grandma Kate is in town for a visit, but Charles (Gale Harold) thinks she has something up her wizarding robes, especially after she takes an interest in Cassie. Sigh, is there any middle aged person in this show who isn’t obsessed with this gal? We get it: Ya’lls knew her mom.
Meanwhile, Faye (Phoebe Tonkin) is up to no good as usual and meets a mysterious new manwitch named Lee. He helps Faye cast a spell that will alter the power dynamic in the Circle, presumably giving her the upper hand over Cassie. Ha! Little does Faye know Cassie has the blood of Voldemort coursing through her veins.
