America's Next Top Model

Update on Angelea Preston: Her Post-ANTM Plans and Secret TV Project

Just two weeks ago, Angelea Preston was trending like crazy on Twitter. After the controversial finale of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 17: All-Stars, which featured only Allison Harvard and winner Lisa D’Amato at the final judging table, the questions surrounding Angelea’s “disqualification” were non-stop.

We spoke to Angelea’s management team at Model Management Group in the days that followed, who did tell us that Angelea has a major project coming up on television. We can’t spill the beans entirely, but we’ll give you a few hints:

  • She will be playing herself.
  • She will not be scripted.
  • This television appearance is scheduled for a major cable network, and will most likely replay extensively.
  • She will be talking about modeling.

Other than this project, we know that Angelea is excited (judging from her official website and her Twitter) about the Pot Ledom songs from Cycle 17: All-Stars, Episode 8: “Game” — in which each modelstant wrote their own songs and appeared in their own music videos — being released on Amazon.

What do you think Angelea should do next? Tell us on our ANTM Facebook page, tweet us @ANTMwetpaint, or dish in the comments below!
