Jealousy, impatience, anger, annoyance: all sweet, sweet fodder for the most sensational catfights. When the women are swillin' the ol' haterade, we've got your ringside coverage. Here are the highlights from Episode 16 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, “Uninvited.” Get ready to rumble!
KIM RICHARDS VS. BRANDI GLANVILLE INSTIGATOR: Kim WHY: Even before Brandi and Kim start talking, Kim is revving up for a fight, telling Kyle she’ll break Brandi’s other foot. Then, Kim mocks Brandi and criticizes her “truck-driver” mouth. WINNER: Brandi. Brandi doesn’t find herself winning many of these catfights, but she was the clear victor here. Maybe Brandi could have left the situation a little faster, but we still admire that she stayed relatively calm through Kim’s insults.
TAYLOR AND RUSSELL ARMSTRONG VS. EVERYONE ELSE INSTIGATOR: Russell WHY: Russell sends an email to Camille Grammer, threatening to sue her, which has everyone else at the White Party concerned and leads to Kyle telling Taylor and Russell to hit the road. WINNER:Lisa Vanderpump. We’re not sure that this situation was handled perfectly by anyone, but we were the most impressed with Lisa’s behavior: Lisa tries to contact Taylor immediately, and she remains steadfast in her belief that Taylor might not have known about the email. What’s most impressive is that Lisa and Taylor weren’t that friendly prior to last week’s bachelorette party.
KIM VS. LISA INSTIGATOR: Kim WHY: Kim decides to inexplicably cough on Lisa, which Lisa for some reason does not find amusing. Lisa also makes it clear that she’s unimpressed with Kim’s boyfriend. (In other words, Lisa thinks she has the better Ken.) WINNER: Lisa. There are some things we’ll just never understand: We may never get what Kim was trying to accomplish with all that coughing, just like we’ll never comprehend why anyone chooses chunky peanut butter over creamy. (C’mon, people — it’s not like the creamy version is hard to find! It’s right there on the store’s shelf!) Come to think of it, we would have assumed that the only person Kim would be intentionally coughing on would be Brandi.
