Wetpaint Entertainment spoke exclusively to Snooki about her new Snookify app for smartphones earlier this week and we also got a sneak peek into how she reached her goal weight of 98 pounds.
Because so many fans and Jersey Shore viewers have gone crazy for her new look, we wondered if Snooks could give us any tips straight from the guidette’s mouth. Here’s what she had to say!
Wetpaint Entertainment: Do you have any tips or advice for other girls who want to lose weight like you?
Snooki: Yeah, I would say for me, I lost all the weight at first from dieting. So, just eating very healthy, not eating past 7pm. For breakfast, just have a yogurt. For lunch, if you can, just have like, a banana or an apple, and then for dinner, that’s when you can have a big meal of like chicken and rice and broccoli. Once you start doing that, I mean you’re gonna lose like ten pounds right away. And exercising, just do a lot of cardio. That’s when you get like, that’s when you get really toned.
Did you make any New Year’s resolutions?
Not really, I didn’t really think about it. But just to keep up with my, um, to stay healthy and don’t get off track and just try and hit the gym more. Just because I’ve been so busy that I’m not really working out as much. I want to get a lot of muscle tone, like I was thinking about going into kickboxing, self defense, or something fun like that.
How does your new Snookify app compare to Pauly D’s and The Situation’s apps?
I haven’t seen theirs. Whatever my other castmates do, I mean obviously I’m happy for them, but I’m just concerned with my stuff, and overall I would say my app rules over any other app in the world.
