Melissa Gorga's post-baby bod blew Tre's out of the water and now Melissa is dishing her fitness secrets for keeping her mommy-of-three body svelte.
The 32-year-old singer admits to US Magazine that she doesn't do a ton of cardio, but she does do strength-training work outs three times a week with a personal trainer. Want to tone up like Melissa and wear sparkly pop star outfits, too? Try out these tricks:
Arms: Bicep curls and tricep kickbacks with dinky weights. We're talking no more than 10 pounds. Melissa says this helps her achieve a "more feminine look." Add in single-arm rows, chest presses, 60-second planks three times in a row, and shoulder presses for guns a la Gorga.
Abs: Crunches, crunches, crunches! Fifteen minutes of standard, oblique, and bicycle crunches according to her trainer. And to reach those pesky lower abs, try leg lifts. Feeling the burn yet?
Legs: Melissa does walking lunges holding 20 pound weights all around her New Jersey mansion. You may opt simply to do them up and down a corridor of a gym, though.
Butt: Keep it old school! "I do a lot of squats, but I love, love old-fashioned Jane Fonda moves! They work better for me than anything else," Melissa insists. "I lie on the ground on my side and rotate my top leg up and out."
