Clothing Company Sues The Situation For Not Being a ”Serious Pimp”

Another day, another company sues a cast member of Jersey Shore.

On this day in particular, TMZ is reporting that a clothing company with the elegant name of Serious Pimp has filed suit against The Situation, claiming fraud.

According to Serious Pimp, they signed a deal with The Situation and his brother/business partner, agreeing that Mike would promote a line of t-shirts on Jersey Shore, Facebook, and Twitter. The company gave the bros $25,000 as an advance, and told them they could pre-approve t-shirt designs before shilling.

But TMZ reports that The Situation just took the money and ran: “Serious Pimp planned on co-partnering with The Situation, hoping to make a bundle on the shirts, so they claim the greasy defendant should not only return the advance, the company wants lost profits as well.”

We may have to side with The Situation on this. Have you seen their t-shirts?

Catch the next episode of Jersey Shore on Thursday, January 19 at 10pm ET/PT on MTV.
