Glee Project Winner Samuel Larsen is Headed to Glee Set — It’s About Time!

We’ve been wondering when Samuel Larsen would finally show up on Glee. It’s taken long enough.

As co-winners of The Glee Project, Samuel and Damian McGinty (Rory) both won 7-episode stints on Glee Season 3. Well, Damian’s already surpassed those original 7 episodes — and his time on Glee doesn’t seem to be ending any time soon.

But what about Samuel? Glee’s already filming episode 13, and there’s been no sign of him yet! Well... thankfully, that is about to change.

On January 15, acting coach Jeffrey Marcus tweeted, “Just sent SAMUEL LARSON off after his final acting coaching to begin his run on #Glee tomorrow!”

Well, that was two days ago — and we still haven’t heard an official confirmation from Sam. (Though he did cryptically tweet, “Terrified” on January 16. Overcome by nerves, perhaps?) But no Twitter welcome from the Glee cast yet. Maybe they’re just trying to keep it on the down-low.

In any case, when can we expect to see Samuel on the show?

Well, we know Glee is currently filming both Season 3, Episode 12 — the Ricky Martin episode — and Season 3, Episode 13’s Valentine’s Day ep, so it stands to reason that he could appear in either ep. Though, since Sam only starts work tomorrow, we’re assuming his debut will happen in the later V-day episode.

Very little is known about Samuel’s Glee character so far, but we’ll definitely keep you updated as we find out more!
