Glee Season 4: Chris Colfer Sips Champagne and Drops Hints of What to Expect
In case you haven’t heard yet, Glee Season 4 is going to be “revolutionary.” In fact, we’ve heard the term so much — that we almost wonder if creator Ryan Murphy has threatened the cast of Glee with public flogging if they say anything about Season 4 that doesn’t involve the word "revolutionary" and an expressed excitement for the graduating seniors' involvement.
But, thanks to Ryan Seacrest's ineffable charms and a tiny bottle of champagne, Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummel) dropped some subtle hints on the red carpet at the Golden Globes as to where the show might be going next season, and how everyone will remain included.
As for the constant dropping of the term “revolutionary,” Chris dishes that he doesn't exactly know what that means, joking, "In my mind people battle each other for land territory, so I don't think that's going to happen. But it's a very new idea that I'm actually very excited about it."
But, he did give us a teensy bit more, teasing, "I think the show is going down this path, and there were options A and B they could've gone [down], but now they're combining."
Hmm, it almost sounds like Glee: The College Years and the New Directions could be showcased side-by-side in every episode. Could this mean that Kurt and Rachel (Lea Michele) might get the chance to attend New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts, after all?
