Samuel Larsen’s Glee Character and Season 3 Debut: Cory Monteith Drops Hints

We heard the news on Twitter that Glee Project winner Samuel Larsen has finally made his way over to filming on the Glee set, but none of the cast had actually confirmed it... until now!

In a January 18 interview with TV Guide, Cory Monteith (Finn) officially confirmed that Sam is already filming on set, and he dropped a couple of tantalizing hints as to what exactly his role might entail.

“Yeah, he's here today. I can confirm he's here, but we haven't been formally introduced yet,” Cory told the site.

So is Sam’s character a relative of Puck’s (Mark Salling), as speculated earlier? “I do not know if that's true yet. He joins the show in the Valentine's Day episode,” Cory said.

His final tease gave very little away, but definitely was enough to get our heads spinning. Cory continued, “His is a very interesting role and it ties into a lot of preexisting storylines. It feels very natural. It's a smart way to bring him into the show.”

Any guesses, Gleek? Feel free to speculate away!
