The Real Catfights of Beverly Hills, Season 2, Episode 19: “Night of a Thousand Surprises”

Jealousy, impatience, anger, annoyance: all sweet, sweet fodder for the most sensational catfights. When the women are swillin' the ol' haterade, we've got your ringside coverage. Here are the highlights from Season 2, Episode 18 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, “Night of a Thousand Surprises.” Get ready to rumble!

INSTIGATOR: We’re not sure it’s possible to just point a finger at one of them at this point.
WHY: They’re still discussing the fact that Kim missed the flight, with Kyle saying that Kim isn’t responsible and never apologizes for what she does, while Kim says that Kyle wants her to be more like Kyle.
WINNER: Neither one. It’s too tough to pick a “winner” per se, but we at least don’t feel that either is really out-of-line either. Both women stay level-headed, with Kim opening up about her relationship, and Kyle trying to get Kim to take more responsibility, which is a fair criticism at this point in Kim’s life. The only thing we still don’t know: What exactly was Kim doing with that flower while they were talking? Was she planning a magic trick?

INSTIGATOR: They both do their fair share of instigating — and then some.
WHY: Kim nitpicks Ken about tiny things and tells her friends she’s leaving him. Meanwhile, Ken calls her shoes “ratty,” refuses to leave her side, and supposedly monitors her phone calls.
WINNER: Nobody. Based on what we’ve seen, it’s time to end this relationship. Kim seems to be so frustrated with Ken that she’s upset at him for the smallest things; instead of thanking him for the soda, she’s mad that there’s no ice. But given how controlling he supposedly is, we can understand this resentment. And then the final scene in the SUR bathroom — in which Kim locks herself in, a la the film Panic Room — is both embarrassing and a little scary.

WHY: Whether or not Cedric was invited to Lisa’s launch party is up for debate (Cedric maintains that he was invited), but after Lisa asked him to go he was reluctant to leave.
WINNER: It’s a toss-up. It’s possible that Lisa could have taken Cedric aside and asked him privately to leave, but if he did indeed arrive unannounced, we totally understand that Lisa is tense and angry after not having spoken to Cedric since he insulted her and her family. And if he truly hadn’t apologized since their blow-up, then Lisa was right to toss him out. On the other hand, if Cedric did have an invite to the party, as he says he did, Lisa should have owned up to that in front of the cameras.
