Carrie Preston Calls Scott Foley’s True Blood Character ”Threatening”
After everything she's been through, Arlene Fowler isn't about to let anyone ruin the happy life she's built with Terry Bellefleur on True Blood.
So when a potentially disruptive force comes along in the form of Terry's old war buddy, Patrick Devans (Scott Foley), Arlene will be rarin' to go.
"Arlene wants to hold onto her man and her family and that's always going to be her MO," Carrie told MTV News at the Sundance Film Festival, where she debuted her sophomore directorial effort, That's What She Said.
"Anything that comes into her situation and is threatening, she's not going to take that lying down."
So, it seems like this Patrick isn't such a good guy.
"The jury is out on Scott Foley's character," she noted. "They set it up to be something that's a little dangerous by the end of season four, and I'm telling you right now, it's not going to get any better."
