Grey's Anatomy

Grey’s Anatomy Season 8, Episode 15 Sneak Peek Roundup: ”Have You Seen Me Lately?”

Grey's Anatomy Season 8, Episode 15: "Have You Seen Me Lately?" is just around the corner. For those of you who can't wait until the episode airs to get a hint of what's in store during this big crossover with Private Practice, we've gathered all the sneak peeks together right here, so you can watch them on endless loop, dissecting every moment.

Spoiler-phobes, this post is for you: We won't reveal anything not shown in official promos.

To start, the crossover element: Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) sis Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) comes to Seattle Grace-Mercy West to get help performing a risky surgery. In this sneak peek Derek isn't immediately on board, not because of medical concerns, but because he's worried about what a failure could mean for Amelia's struggle to recover from drug addiction.

It looks like another big plot line will involve Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Callie (Sara Ramirez), and a patient who ended up on the wrong side of a meat grinder. Ouch. Here, we see that Callie is putting Mer in charge of the surgery to test her. This could get interesting...

It turns out Callie is testing Mer's potential as the inheritor of her Very Special Oral Board's study method. Here, she seems to think Meredith isn't worthy, but we have a feeling our girl will prove her wrong by the end of the episode.

In another clip, Mer and Callie banter a lot about how to deal with the surgery. Callie is snarky, but she looks impressed a few times, so we have hope.

Finally, Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) start couple's therapy this episode, and even in this short clip, it's awkward and painful.

If you like spoilers, you can find out more about the episode here.

Remember to tune in to the episode on Thursday, February 16, at 9 pm ET/PT on ABC.
