Life & Style asked Rachel what it was like her for to watch her last hurrah in Belize. "It was really stressful. I don't know if I was more nervous to watch myself in a bikini for the entire episode, watch myself cry over sharks or see myself get rejected by Ben Flajnik. I think I handled it pretty well. I was really stressed about about seeing myself go through it and watching my exit interview, but when I saw it I was kind of impressed. I thought I was pretty composed during it. It hurts to be rejected. Nobody wants to be rejected and have their heart broken, but I think it could have been much worse.”
Luckily, the experience — which she described as “great” overall — didn’t leave her traumatized. “Now that I'm kicked off, I'm totally open to dating. Single scene in New York, gotta love it!”
And while current contender Courtney Robertson has been vocal about not ever seeing herself being friends with the girls on the show, Rachel says the best thing to come out of it were the friendships. “I came out with some really great friends I can't wait to reconnect with. I'll be seeing them soon.”
Indeed, she should see them again at the Women Tell All, which will reportedly be taped Friday, February 24, and air Monday, March 5.
