Did Ben Flajnik Have Sex With His Final Three in the Overnight Dates Episode?
What happens in the fantasy suite stays in the fantasy suite — until someone decides to share the juicy details. The biggest topic after every overnight dates episode of The Bachelor is “Did they have sex?” ‘Cause, if they did, that’s the Bachelor or Bachelorette having sexy time with three people one after the other. Kinda shady, even for people who go skinny dipping and make out in tiny hot tubs.
As original Bachelorette Trista Sutter tweeted last night, “Fantasy Suite isn't all about sexual fantasies as it may imply. In my mind, it was more about getting 1 on 1 time without cameras.Sooo impt!” Very nice. And immediately shot down by former Bachelorette 5 contestant David Good, who replied to Trista, “No. Its pretty much about sex.” He later added, “#fantasysuite It's just common sense. You don't buy a car you are gonna drive the rest of your life without a test drive. #justsaying.” (It’s important to note that he didn’t make it to the fantasy suites with Jillian Harris, but he and Natalie Getz did have their own fantasy suite situation on Bachelor Pad Season 1.)
Most contestants fall in line with Trista, just saying they enjoy that private time to talk away from cameras. But on the 20/20 special Inside the Bachelor: Stories Behind the Rose, Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss said, "the average guy will end up having sex with three women during the course of the show." He further joked that Bachelor Bob Guiney slept with “5 ½ women.” (Gross! And nonsensical!)
“I'll be the first to admit, as a fan of the show before I was on it, I would always tune in and wonder what exactly happens on those overnight dates. Will the couple really stay the night together? Are they really free from cameras or is there a crew on standby, waiting to capture the next groundbreaking moment? Well I, of course, found out the answer to my questions. Yes, we (the couple) are completely alone and camera free. Yes, we stay in the same room together overnight. What happens is completely up to the couple. I'd like to explain why overnight dates are so important and what I used those nights away from the cameras for. I wanted to take the opportunity with all three of the women to talk, off camera, so we could all feel even more comfortable. By this time, I had gotten to know the women so very well and I wanted to feel confident in the fact that, after talking with each of them all night, I knew exactly what type of woman each of them is. I wanted to be confident that I actually knew these women as well as I thought I did. The overnight dates actually gave me quite a bit of clarity — clarity that I had been looking for!”
So… do you think Ben Flajnik and his three ladies had some bow-chicka-bow-bow time in between all the talk about life and stuff? Lindzi Cox was showing an awful lot of leg during her makeout sesh with the Bachelor this week, and Courtney Robertson’s hot tub looked like it was created for the sole purpose of stifling Ben’s ability to talk about anything.
