Dancing With The Stars

Which Two Dances Will the DWTS Couples Perform on the Season 14 Premiere?

The cast is here. The rehearsals are starting. But what are they rehearsing? Well, Dancing With the Stars Season 14 premieres Monday, March 19 (from the usual 8 to 10 p.m. ET/PT) and ABC said the 12 couples will perform either the Foxtrot or the Cha-Cha-Cha for their first dances.

Last season, the couples started with either a Cha-Cha or a Viennese Waltz, but on Season 12 (which aired this time last year) they did what they're doing now — Cha-Cha or Foxtrot. Back then, Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff got the highest score, a 24 for their Foxtrot. The lowest score that week went to Mike Catherwood & Lacey Schwimmer who got a 13 for their Foxtrot. Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy had the highest Cha-Cha score, a 23.

Will Season 14's cast get better scores for the same spring dances? We'll find out soon!
