The Bachelor

Bachelor 16’s Kacie Boguskie: Courtney Robertson Can’t Blame Editing

Kacie Boguskie said Ben Flajnik did break her heart — "Put it on the ground and stomped on it a few times," she tells Ellen DeGeneres, who is clearly on Team Kacie B. During the fan favorite’s appearance on her show Wednesday, February 29, Ellen says she believes Ben made a mistake dumping the Southern lass after the hometown dates on The Bachelor Season 16. Ellen is also very anti-Courtney Robertson — and we know that’s one of Kacie’s favorite topics.

Here are the highlights:

Don’t blame it on the e-e-e-e-e-diting!

Ellen said that while she doesn't like to judge people who may or may not have been edited to seem a certain way (confirming that she has invited Courtney on the show to explain herself), she does thinks Courtney comes off as "not nice" and "very manipulative." Kacie agrees that "manipulative" is the right word. "You know, you can’t edit someone to say those things," Kacie said. "She really did say those things and she acted that way around us, but she acted the same way she did around Ben, so its hard to know which one she really is."

Skinny dipping revelation

Kacie said her jaw dropped when she watched the show back and saw Ben go skinny dipping with Courtney (who, by the way, Kacie predicts as the winner). Does she think Ben is sorry? "I think that Monday nights are probably hard for him and Tuesday mornings because there’s probably a lot of questions," Kacie said. "But I hope he’s happy."

Women Tell All confrontation with Courtney!

Score! The first visual confirmation that Courtney Robertson, one of the final two, will be on the March 5 Women Tell All special this season. (Though Wetpaint Entertainment broke the news awhile ago.) In the clip, Kacie questions Courtney on why she thought it was OK to make these little jabs at the other girls. Courtney started to say it was because she was extremely uncomfortable but... let’s just say, the gals weren’t buyin it.

The clip is reminiscent of Michelle Money's pile-on from Season 15's Women Tell All, although Michelle burst into tears and Courtney seems to hold herself together better. After the clip, Ellen said she wouldn’t wish that treatment on anybody but that "she really did say some nasty things, and you know, karma is a b***h."

But is it a b***h for everyone who talks trash? Or just Courtney because Ben clearly likes her best? Hmmm...
