Is Bachelor Ben Flajnik’s Wine Any Good? Exclusive!
Update: Curious to know whether Season 16 Bachelor Ben Flajnik's wine is any good? Well, we first shared this exclusive story back when Ben was just a twinkle in Bachelor Nation's eye... but we're gussing it's just as relevant now as it used to be! Read on to find out what's being said about Ben's wine through the... grapevine.
Ashley Hebert really seemed to like Ben Flajnik, and his business colleagues in Sonoma, California, dig him too. Apparently he also makes a hell of a wine! “Ben is awesome,” Shiso Sushi co-owner Salvador Chavez tells Wetpaint Entertainment exclusively. “He’s a great guy.”
Salvador met Ben through his partner at Envolve Winery, Mike Benzinger. In fact, their Sauvignon Blanc is Salvador’s top seller at seven bucks a glass. “It’s a stellar product. Crisp, refreshing, and it pairs perfectly with sushi. Good stuff. I just got two cases delivered this morning.”
Actually, if you’ve got a restaurant in Sonoma and you serve Ben’s wine you’ll get to meet him sooner or later, since him and Mike deliver the goods personally, though Ben’s Bachelor duties have kept him away from Salvador’s place so far. “We opened right when Ben was in the middle of filming and he just got back. But I’ve met him outside the restaurant.”
Good food, sunshine, and hottie winemakers — sure sounds like it’s time for us to take a trip to Sonoma!
