Inside a Bachelor Finale Viewing Party With Samantha Levey: Which Celebrity Crashed? — Exclusive!
On the night of the Bachelor Season 16 finale, while your favorite East coast Bachelor friends were partying at Bowlmor Lanes, things got a little more wild on the Best Coast at the mansion of show producer Mike Fleiss. We tracked down Season 16 contestant and firecracker Samantha Levey (our favorite! There, we said it. No take-backs!) who dished on the whole wild scene. Celebrities! Golden lights! Free food! Music! Read on!
Wetpaint Entertainment: A viewing party at the producer’s house! Set the scene for us!
Samantha Levey: I arrived with Casey Shteamer, and we had to tell Mike who we were. We had to explain we were on the CURRENT SEASON of the show.
SL: No, we laughed about it, and he was totally warm and welcoming.
WP: Who else was there?
SL: [Bachelor Pad 1 winner] Natalie Getz was there, and… I know about her, but, well, her bark is worse than her bite. She turned out to be the nicest ever, and now we are BFF!
Also… random fans were allowed in, just people.
WP: Did Mr. Fleiss feed you guys? Was it...
SL: The food was pizza. Then suddenly, a dog ran into the house and was going crazy, and then Owen Wilson walked in. It was his dog; he must have been Mike’s neighbor or something. So, I introduced myself to him as Ben Flajnik’s ex and he really liked Casey because they talk at the same rate. She’s a slow talker and he’s a slow talker and he was kind of hitting on her because of that connection. The slow talk connection.
WP: Any thoughts on the finale? What was it like to see it all play out?
SL: Well, I couldn’t hear it, because Mike was just playing his guitar the whole time. He just played all the way through it. But… I can tell you Ben had Lindzi [Cox] on there because he thought she wouldn't give him any trouble. She wasn’t one of the “drama girls."
I've spoken to her since, and she's doing great. She's totally over Ben.
SL: Again, couldn’t hear ‘em because of Mike’s guitar, but we were mostly upset about them letting random people into BP3. I mean, we’re already D-List celebrities, why put a bunch of Zero-listers on that show? Besides, I had to pretend to be attracted to Ben Flajnik for three months, I EARNED it!
