Pretty Little Liars

Marlene King Tweets About Pretty Little Liars’ Upcoming High School Graduation

It’s hard for us to imagine life after “A” right now, but in only three days, Pretty Little Liars will become an entirely different show.

Showrunner Marlene King has already given us a few Season 3 spoilers (Ezra’s [Ian Harding] brother is coming, there will be a jump forward in time, among others), but what about the far-away future? Are these girls ever going to graduate or what?

A fan asked Marlene exactly that yesterday (March 15), by tweeting, “ok mar will we ever see the girls graduate rosewood high?”

Marlene tweeted back, “I think so.”

We’ve established that only 7 months has gone by in the Pretty Little Liars universe since the very first episode of Season 1. Since the girls are currently 16, that means we’ll probably have to wait until Season 4 (fingers crossed!) to see the Little Liars rule the school as seniors.

Somehow, we have a feeling that graduation will have more than a few mishaps, as most school events tend to have on PLL. Season 2, Episode 6: “Never Letting Go,” anyone?

Find out who “A” is on the Pretty Little Liars Season 2 finale on Monday at 8 pm ET/PT on ABC Family.
