Though she told TMZ in a phone call yesterday that she wasn't taking the incident too seriously, TMZ now reports that Kim will be contacting law enforcement within the next few days to press charges, since she wants to send the message that while "people are entitled to their opinion [they] should not resort to violence." Sources say that Kim thinks the woman who threw the flour shouldn't get away with it and instead should be held accountable for her actions.
While we're not sure that a pile of flour should be considered "violence," since no actual bodily harm was committed, we're all for Kim defending herself against people who think behavior like this is okay. Most importantly — the damage caused to her dress? Seriously unacceptable!
