Dancing With The Stars

DWTS Season 14, Week 4 Sneak Peek: What Are the Stars Dancing For Rock Week?

Get ready for a headbanger’s ballroom — Dancing With the Stars Season 14, Week 4 is Rock Week. Let’s hope at least one of the hot men decides to wear pleather pants (and not much else) in one of the sexy and intense dances scheduled for this week. Most of the 10 remaining couples have either the Tango or Paso Doble, but for some reason William Levy has the Jive and Roshon Fegan got the Viennese Waltz. On Rock Week? How do you rock out to a Waltz?

The couples chatted to On the Red Carpet after Tuesday’s Results Show and here’s what they had to say.

Donald Driver & Peta Murgatroyd, Paso Doble
What is Peta going to do to rock Donald out?

Peta: "We're going to pimp him out in some serious—"
Donald: "Pimp me out?! I like that."
Peta: "We have the Paso Doble so it's going to be really good for him. He's got the strength, he's got the manliness, so it should work very well for him."

Pimp your dancer!

Gavin DeGraw & Karina Smirnoff, Tango
Gavin and Karina only talk about Week 4 at the end of the video, after laughing about their almost kiss in rehearsals.

How is Karina going to rock Gavin out in their Tango?

Karina: "Monday night is going to be amazing. We're dancing to a legendary band. I have some kind of cool beginning and a really awesome ending. So hopefully we're going to be out of the bottom two next week."

Gladys Knight & Tristan MacManus, Tango
"We kiss all the time," Gladys and Tristan reveal, when asked about whether they would ever kiss on the dance floor, ala Maria and Derek. So now we can be even more jealous of Tristan's partners!

But how are they going to rock out next week? Well, they don't mention anything about Rock Week to On the Red Carpet, but Gladys told Entertainment Tonight, "It's a Tango but it's going to be a mean one. It's going to be a hot one." Someone may get thrown around!

Jaleel White & Kym Johnson, Tango
It’s Rock Week — and Jaleel doesn’t sound like a fan of the theme.

Jaleel: "All the black people are nervous. Yes. Every black person in this competition is in jeopardy now. We're all under a red light."
Kym: "Nooo."
Jaleel: "Yes. Yes. Queen and the Rolling Stones and people telling me to act like Jagger? I'm like, 'How come I couldn't have gotten James Brown?' Good Lord!"
Kym: "We could've done Hendrix, but..."
Jaleel: "Hey, you know what, you play the hand you're dealt — and I like the hand we got, though."
Kym: "I do too. I think it's going to be a really fun week."
Jaleel: "I do like the song."
Kym: "We're channeling our inner rock stars."
Jaleel: "We're doing some Mick Jagger next week. So I'll definitely be on YouTube checking this dude out."
Kym: "I can't wait to see this!"

Jaleel wants everyone to know how committed and connected they are.

Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas, Paso Doble
How will they rock out to the point where people say "Oh, Katherine did it again?"

Mark: "Well, the short amount of time I've known Katherine, I have not seen an aggressive, angry, or not even frustrating moment out of her yet. And we have Paso Doble next week, which is all about the bull fight — it's slaying a huge animal and it's aggressive, it's vicious, it's ferocious and it's arrghhh. So..."
Katherine: "Where are we going to find that, Mark?"
Mark: "We'll find it. We'll find it somewhere."

He said they have "a great song" but he won't share what it is.

Maria Menounos & Derek Hough, Tango
How are they going to rock out on Monday?

Maria: "I know how to head bang really well, so we're going to throw some head banging in there." The other night when the cast hung out together, Maria was in "rare form" and showed off her head-banging skills. Derek told her they may use those moves.

Derek: "And I know this guy who owns a fireworks store. We're going to have a bunch of pyros hopefully we won't catch on fire, but if we do then it will look good." (He’s kidding! We think...)

It's a rock Tango, Derek said, so it won't be sensual and passionate, it'll be more hard-hitting. But still fun.

Melissa Gilbert & Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Paso Doble
Not only are Melissa and Maks not going to kiss next week, ala Maria and Derek, they are going to commit murder.

Maks: "I'll kill her. I'm serious. I'll kill her. Next week she'll be dead, laying in a pool of blood."
Melissa: "You're smiling. We're serious."

They are totally rocking out, Melissa said, but not in '80s hair.

Maks: "We're going to do a Paso Doble obviously to, you know, one of the rock songs and it'll be cool — I hope."
Melissa: "And it looks like I'm going to die."
Maks: "I will live out my fantasy, finally, at least for that split second."

Melissa looks shocked and Maks hugs her saying, "I love you." "Liar," she replies. Well, we only try to kill the ones we love ... right?

Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower, Viennese Waltz
What is Roshon going to bring to Rock Week?

Chelsie: "He's going to bring elegance and sophistication. We, for Rock Week, have a Viennese Waltz. So it's a little bit different, but we're going to bring a pretty traditional Viennese Waltz."

Roshon didn't know what the dance was yet, but "it sounds pretty intense."

"It'll be awesome," Chelsie said. "He'll be elegant and a little bit of rock, but mostly elegant."

Watch the interview here.

William Levy & Cheryl Burke, Jive
How is he going to rock out on Monday night so the crowd screams one more time?

Cheryl: "We're doing the Jive — Jive's an upbeat dance, so it's a different style that we haven't done yet. So hopefully we'll be able to do it, and I'm sure the crowd will go wild for him even if he just stands there and sits down throughout the whole performance."
William: "I love rock 'n' roll and I think we're going to rock n roll next Monday, with a Jive."

He likes the song they are going to dance to. "It's a fun song so that helps a lot."

Sherri Shepherd & Val Chmerkovskiy, Tango
Sherri and Val didn’t talk about Week 4 to On the Red Carpet, but Sherri tweeted that they have the Tango and they did talk to E! about their dance.

Val to Sherri: “It's going to be you on a table taking clothes off. Flipping your hair."
Sherri: “Is that rock or is that an HBO movie?”
Val: “I don’t know... The only rock and roll I listen to is in strip clubs. So that’s where I’m going to get my inspiration.”

We’ve been warned!
