Castle’s Seamus Dever: Castle and Beckett Need a Love Intervention!
Ask any Castle fan and they'd agree that things are getting a bit ridiculous between our two will-they-or-won't-they leads, Kate Beckett and Richard Castle. God forbid they actually speak up and have an adult conversation about their feelings, right?
We're not the only ones frustrated with Castle and Beckett's middle school behavior. Seamus Dever, who plays Detective Kevin Ryan, thinks it's time for his character to intervene. After all, Ryan is the only person in the precinct with a healthy, functioning relationship.
"I think it would be awesome if there was actual, real talk about it, where we get to tell them how we feel. In my mind, it would be awesome if Esposito and I just said, 'Hey, admit your feelings. Shut up. You admit your feelings. And you shut up.' And we staged an almost love intervention," the actor recently dished to Give Me My Remote.
"In my fantasy world, Esposito and Ryan would be little matchmakers and they would be able to handle their partners and get them to admit their feelings."
