How Much Do the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Make to Do the Show?
It pays to be a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills — but not a whole lot.
If you’ve ever wondered what kind of paychecks the BH ladies take home at the end of a season (and who hasn’t?), Radar Online is reporting the specific salaries of two Housewives: Taylor Armstrong and Kim Richards.
According to sources for the site, all the returning H-wives were given a modest raise to come back for Season 3, but at this point they are all paid slightly different sums.
For example, Taylor Armstrong — who depends on the show for income, according to the source — will make $127,000 total for Season 3.
Newly sober Kim Richards, on the other hand, will earn $137,000, which is reportedly $10,000 more than she made last season. Kim depends on the show for a significant amount of her income, too, but also collects child support from various baby daddies. Sadly, the source says Kim “truly didn’t” want to do another season due to her “vulnerable” state.
At the end of the day, the source says no Housewife is paid more than $165,000. While that’s not exactly a meager salary, it’s modest in comparison to other Tinseltown sweethearts, like say, Kim Kardashian, who is said to make $40,000 for just one episode of her reality shows, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
However, it’s not unheard of for a Housewife to hit the life lottery after her stint on the show: Ex-NYC Housewife Bethenny Frankel recently sold her Skinny Girl margarita company for millions.
