Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers Roundup: Everything You Need to Know About Season 8, Episode 19

Are you ready for an intense episode of Grey's Anatomy? Because it looks like Season 8, Episode 19: “Support System” is definitely going to be a hard one to take, at least for Owen (Kevin McKidd)/Cristina (Sandra Oh) fans.

Cristina wants the truth: In this episode, Owen and Cristina will take time off from work to deal with their personal issues. Cristina will demand Owen tell her all the details of his affair, and based on this sneak peek, the conversation will not go smoothly.

Mark in charge: While Owen is busy attempting to save his marriage, Mark (Eric Dane) takes over as chief. In this sneak peek his temporary promotion is played for laughs, but it sounds like things get serious when he "butts heads with Richard Webber [James Pickens Jr.] over a patient's liver transplant." Ladies’ night: "Arizona [Jessica Capshaw], Callie, and Bailey [Chanda Wilson] plan a much needed ladies’ night for Teddy (Kim Raver)," who is finally attempting to heal after Henry's death. Based on this sneak peek, Callie's the only one who is actually enthusiastic about trying to help Teddy out. Will this night end in frustration, or laughter?

The boards draw near: The boards draw ever closer, and all of the residents are stressing out. But Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) gets some good news on that front — Callie thinks she's ready for the boards.
